Property was stolen from our room. The hotel denied any responsibility and called me a liar.
Earlier, on every occasion when we had a question or complaint, the attitude of the personnel to us was very negative and hostile.
The hotel restaurant was very bad. Food was barely edible, service was bad. Breakfast was no better.
Should have eggs & bacon for breakfest..
Environnement calme.
It was a good choice I made by staying in this hotel.
The room was very nice, we appreciated the comfort (1 adult. 2 kids, room for 3 persons) and the terrace.
The distance to the vaporetto was not a problem even for the kids (10 max 15 minutes walking distance).
The personnel was very nice.
Breakfast buffet was just OK, they could/should improve it. But overall we were happy and would return there.
A friendly hotel in a great location. Helpful staff and good sized rooms. We are looking to book again for next year!
We (two married couples) had a fabulous time! The staff couldn't have been more friendly. We made an effort to say hello, etc. in Italian and I think they appreciated that. We got bike hire all afternoon for free - we thought the staff were very flexible and couldn't do enough for us and other guests. We had rooms on the top floor, 403 and 404, which I believe are bigger than rooms on the floors below. Transport links were good also - the bus stops right outside the hotel and runs about every 15mins until 8.30pm directly to the Vaparetto stop (about 5mins journey) which takes you to St Marks Sq (about 30mins journey), etc. We ate in the restaurant a couple of nights which was convenient and food was good and we had drinks at the bar every evening. They supply an internet cable for access in the room at a rate of €6 for 2 hours or you can use the free internet pc in the lounge. The hotel was incredibly clean and no peeling wallpaper, scuffed walls, mouldy showers or dusty light fittings like I have seen in some hotels. I think our rooms had been recently refurbed. Sadly the jacuzzi (outside on top floor) was closed due to the weather. Would definitely recommend and stay again if in Venice.
